Ninja is a brand I’m sure you’ll all recognize for their top-of-the-line kitchen products and the Ninja Cooking System with Auto-IQ is no exception.  As a mother-of-three who’s ALWAYS in the kitchen, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this beautiful cooking system.  For those of you who love Ninja products like myself, you’ve probably had your eye on the new Ninja Cooking System with Auto-IQ too.  Everything you could ever ask for is included in this wonderful machine.  Featuring 4 cooking modes and 80+ pre-programmed recipes to take your cooking experience to a whole new level.  You can do so much more than make dinners with the Cooking System with Auto-IQ…you can make nutritious breakfasts, soups, and even deliciously decadent desserts!

This beautiful Ninja Cooking System with Auto-iQ is four appliances built into one, perfect for small spaces or busy on-the-go people like myself. This cooking system is a slow cooker, has a stove top feature for searing and sautéing, a steamer, and an oven for baking.  Cook everything from stews and roasts to seafood and vegetables and even baked goodies.  The Cooking System comes with Auto-iQ Technology: just select a recipe, add ingredients, and let Auto-iQ cook for you…and let me tell you, that has been a heaven send for me!  I can get a meal going before walking the kids out the door to the bus stop and not have even have to think about dinner the rest of the day.  Choose from over 80 pre-programmed recipes divided into four programs: Quick Meals, Layered Bowls, Grains, and Poached Infusions.  Don’t have much time?  Quick Meals are the solution!  Layered Bowls are easy two step recipes with the flavor and satisfaction of multi-layered meals, cooked in one convenient pot.  I made an American Chop Suey meal for dinner in only about a half hour, how cool is that?  Grains are perfectly cooked portions of oats and quinoa.  Lastly, Poached Infusions are all the nuanced flavor of your favorite poached dishes with none of the guesswork.  The included cookbook serves as your go-to guide for selecting recipes.  Between Manual and Auto-iQ functions, there’s a huge array of delicious, one-pot meals at your fingertips.  The 6-quart Cooking System also includes an auto stay-warm feature, digital timer, and steaming/roasting rack.

I wanted to fully test out the variety of features so I had fun both using recipes provided by Ninja as well as coming up with a couple of my own to see just how easy it was to come up with custom creations on a whim. I tried out everything from breakfast to dinner and even a yummy bread for dessert, and everything came out absolutely perfect and so SO delicious!
